Fuel Surcharge
SDC Logistics applies a fuel surcharge to all freight rates, which includes the Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) and Road User Charges (RUC).
This surcharge reflects market conditions and is a fair, transparent way to cover the direct costs of ongoing fuel price fluctuations. The surcharge is calculated at the end of each month for the following month, with the current month’s fuel surcharge details provided on all invoices.

We take pride in our attention to detail during the devanning process, ensuring full compliance with MPI regulations while making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.
Our SDC Logistics fulfilment centre operates under a National Programme Level 1 (NP1), based on HACCP principles and fully compliant with the Food Act 2014. This programme ensures we effectively identify, manage, and control potential hazards to maintain safe and suitable food handling throughout our warehousing and distribution processes.
